Public Policy
We help clients to navigate federal and state regulatory frameworks, including strategies to influence policy decisions and legislative outcomes. Our health policy expertise includes healthcare reform, biomedical research, clinical trial diversity, and health equity. We have deep experience working with the National Institutes of Health, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, and the broader healthcare advocacy community.
Project Management
We help clients to mobilize advocates and manage the execution of advocacy strategies, ensuring successful implementation of project KPIs. We can assist clients to manage budgets, media relations, bilingual communications, marketing, research, and event planning.
Strategic Partnership
Work closely with clients to provide guidance on developing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders to drive impactful advocacy results.
