Public Policy
We help clients to navigate federal and state regulatory frameworks, including strategies to influence policy decisions and legislative outcomes. Our policy expertise includes healthcare reform, biomedical research, clinical trial diversity, and health equity. We have deep experience working with the National Institutes of Health and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
Project Management
We help clients to mobilize advocates and manage the execution of advocacy strategies, ensuring successful implementation of project KPIs. We can assist clients to manage budgets, media relations, bilingual communications, marketing, research, and event planning.
Strategic Partnership
Work closely with clients to provide guidance on developing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders to drive impactful advocacy results. We have existing relationships with healthcare access advocates for underserved communities, including healthcare provider associations and rare disease patient groups.
Health Promotion
Our team develops training and educational resources that translate the impact of complex health policies to a variety of audiences. This can include workshops, seminars, continuing education, and tailored training programs. We have experience working with community health workers, patient navigators, and healthcare providers.
